Through a series of vision sprints, we evaluated the existing SYD Aiport digital experience and developed a future state for SYD Airport. Our sprint-based approach allowed us to focus on key business and customer objectives, to curate content and services for SYD passengers, and allow a diverse range of users to feel understood, prepared and excited by their SYD Airport experience.
