We transformed a traditional master plan document into a digital experience that brought SYD Airport’s 2045 vision to life. Rather than presenting static plans and statistics, we created a platform that allowed different stakeholders and community audiences to explore the aspects most relevant to them, such as economic impact, local benefits, or operational improvements, making a 20-year infrastructure project feel immediate and tangible.
